The Avlex BM Series of boundary microphones are designed to be mounted primarily on table-top or desk-top surfaces but can also be mounted on walls and ceilings. Their low-profile aesthetics make them the perfect solution for inconspicuous miking and recording situations such as in floor miking for theatrical productions, conference table placement or for audio and video teleconferencing. They are equally well-suited for miking grand pianos, other instruments and choral groups.

All of Avlex's boundary microphones feature interchangeable cartridge design with cardioid, supercardioid and omnidirectional elements available.
