There are a lot of power amps on the market today. Avlex offers one of the best values available with excellent performance and reliability at a price that's easy on the pocket book.
The Avlex PA series of power amplifiers has range from 130 watts a side at 8 ohms to 3200 watts bridged mono at 4 ohms. All feature 2 dual speed cooling fans, noise free soft start power up and LED indicators for power, signal, clip and protect mode.
Our amps have detent level controls, independent DC and thermal overload protection, short circuit and speaker protection, low cut filters, ground lift switches and take up only 2 rack spaces or less. Each amp has input sensitivity selection switches and the ability to enable or disable the built in compressor.
The input connectors are balanced XLR and ¼ inch TRS and unbalanced ¼ phone. The output connectors are Speakon and banana plugs. All our amps are rated stable with 2 ohm speaker loads.
The Avlex PDSP series digital power amplifiers feature a 24 bit professional DSP audio CMOS chip. They are designed for long-distance operation of an audio system and are ideal for use in any sound reinforcement application.
The PDSP-2800 power amplifier can be adjusted manually or be controlled by computer by means of the built-in RS485 connectors. You can control as many as 255 linked power amplifiers with one computer utilizing the DSP6 software. The control distance can be as much as 1000 meters, depending on the operating conditions.
You can adjust the Gain, Equalizer Specification, Crossover, Delay, Opposite Phase and Limiter functions as desired for each power amplifier in the system. You can also adjust the operating mode of each amplifier for stereo, single channel or bridged operation.

The Avlex PA-200 power amplifier is a single space Class G design which is a more efficient version of a Class AB amplifier that uses rail switching to decrease power consumption and increase efficiency.
